"Although I was quoted a great price in the beginning that changed with out notice and when I spoke to Veronica she was not able to tell me why. Then with in the next couple of months my rate changed again. I called and was told a mistake in the home office was responsible. 2 mistake should have cancelled then. 3 occurrence my rate increased for the 3 time on auto pay. So I found a cheaper rate. Called and spoke directly to John Moore to cancel my policy so that the next upcoming payment would not go through. But it did when I had other insurance. I was told by John, Veronica, and Ms. Reyes that my refund should. Process in 7 to 10 business dasy. I have called them and keep getting the run around it's now 30 days ..No refund now when I call they see caller I'd and won't answer my number...Now reporting them to the North Carolina Insurance Commission."
